At TheCraftHouseGift, we strive to deliver high-quality, personalized gifts across Europe with care, speed, and transparency. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our delivery and return policies.

Shipping Information

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. If your order requires complex personalization or adjustments, we will notify you in advance about any delays.
  • Shipping Regions: We currently ship to all countries within the European Union as well as the United Kingdom.
  • Shipping Method: All orders are shipped from our office in Varna, Bulgaria using reliable EU courier services.
  • Standard Delivery Time: Approximately 5–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: Available upon request. Please contact us prior to ordering if you require expedited delivery.
  • Shipping Cost: €4.90 flat rate. Free shipping for orders over €79 within the EU.

Returns & Cancellations

Our return policy is aligned with EU consumer protection laws. However, due to the nature of personalized products, special conditions apply.

  • Personalized Products: Items that have been customized with text, images, or design are non-refundable and non-cancellable, as they cannot be restored to their original condition.
  • Non-personalized Products: May be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt (included in your parcel).
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Refunds: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

To submit photos for engraving, upload them to Google Drive and send us the link along with your order number.
